Kimbell Royalty Partners: 2024 Production Guidance May Be Conservative
Kimbell Royalty Partners provided 2024 production guidance that was slightly lower than my expectations. The company is projected to generate $2.38 per unit in distributable 2024 cash flow. Kimbell's production guidance midpoint was slightly below my expectations, but its number of line-of-sight wells appears to be conservative. I believe the company is more likely to end up hitting the upper half of its production guidance in 2024.
