Aegon calls €700M fixed-to-floating notes
Aegon exercises its right to redeem €700M of 4% fixed-to-floating subordinated notes. The redemption of these grandfathered Tier 2 securities will be effective as of April 25, 2024. Aegon (AEG) intends to refinance the notes.

Aegon Beats Capital Generation Views, Raises Dividend
Aegon says capital generation for second half of 2023 came in ahead of guidance. The Dutch insurer and asset-manager company posted a net result of zero. Operating results fell due to one-off benefits that boosted the prior year's figure. The company's operating capital generation rose 16% to $1.28 billion.
