Tech Gogo rises as Galileo antenna terminals win FCC approval for business aircraft. In-flight Internet name Gogo gained 3.6% on the news. The Federal Communications Commission has signed off on Gogo's Galileo terminals. The terminals are designed to provide broadband via low Earth orbit satellites.
