Cortland Bancorp is a one bank holding company. The principal activity of the Company is to own, manage and supervise The Cortland Savings and Banking Company (the Bank). The Bank is a full service, state-chartered bank engaged in commercial and retail banking. The Bank’s services include checking accounts, savings accounts, time deposit accounts, commercial, mortgage and installment loans, night depository, automated teller services, safe deposit boxes, and other miscellaneous services normally offered by commercial banks. Commercial lending includes commercial, financial loans, real estate construction and development loans, commercial real estate loans, small business lending, and trade financing. Consumer lending includes residential real estate, home equity and installment lending. The Bank also offers a variety of Internet and mobile banking options. Full-service banking business is conducted at a total of 15 offices, seven of which are located in Trumbull County, Ohio.
