The Bank provides banking services to commercial and consumer customers. The Bank’s business is concentrated in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and is subject to the general economic conditions of that area. The Bank’s primary market for deposit customers is in Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada, although the Bank accepts deposits from deposit listing services as needed to support its funding needs. The Bank’s lending operations are carried out in two distinct departments: Local Market Department and National Market Department. Local Market Department originates conventional and small business administration (SBA) 504 loans in Nevada, California, Utah and Arizona. National Market Department originates, sells and services loans guaranteed by the SBA and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in about 39 states.
