ParkVida is in a remote location set high in the Dominican Republic's Cordillera Central Mountain Range. The site is spread across 700 acres of tropical terrain on land once host to a coffee plantation. Its full-service luxury estates range in size from 185 square meters (2,000 square feet) up to 1,400 square meters (15,000 square feet), to fit the specific interior design requirements of the purchaser.
