Semgroup corp is a United States-based company, which moves energy through a network of pipelines, processing plants, refinery connected storage facilities and deep-water marine terminals with import and export. The Company serves as a connection between upstream oil and gas producers and downstream refiners and end users. It provides gathering, transportation, storage, distribution, marketing and other midstream services primarily to producers, refiners of petroleum products and other market participants. The Company operates through three segments which includes United States liquids, United States gas and Canada. The United States liquids segment operates crude oil pipelines, truck transportation, storage, terminals and marketing businesses. The United States gas operates in infrastructure to gather gas from the wellhead and move it to the marketplace. The Canada segment operates in SemCAMS Midstream ULC.
