Angel Oak Dynamic Financial Strategies Income Term Trust is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to seeks current income with a secondary objective of total return. It invests primarily in debt issued by financial institutions, including subordinated debt, unrated debt, senior debt and high yield securities. It may also invest in common equity, preferred equity, convertible securities, warrants and trust-preferred securities of those institutions. These companies may include, but are not limited to, banks, finance companies, business development companies, real estate investment trusts, brokerage and advisory firms, insurance companies and financial holding companies. It, under normal circumstances, invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in the securities of financial institutions.
