BUZZ-India's Adani Green Energy rises on report of investment talks with France's Total

** Shares of India's Adani Green Energy ADNA.NS rise as much as 2.9% to 1,012 rupees, their biggest intraday percentage gain since Sept 6

** French oil major TotalEnergies SE TTEF.PA is in talks to make an overall investment of $700 mln in renewable energy projects developed by ADNA, according to a Bloomberg News report

** Deliberations are ongoing and there is certainty for a transaction, report adds

** ADNA, TTEF did immediately respond to Reuters requests for a comment

** ADNA top gainer among core-listed cos of Adani Group and in the Nifty energy index .NIFTYENR, which is flat

** If gains hold, ADNA on track to snap three consecutive sessions of losses and post second straight weekly gain

** As of last close, ADNA stock down 49% YTD, vs a 6% rise in Nifty energy index
