U.S. Cash Grains-soybean bids firm at processors ease at rivers
CHICAGO, June 10 (Reuters) - Spot basis bids for soybeans firmed on Friday at processing plants across the U.S. Midwest as soymeal operators look to attract dwindling domestic supplies, while bean basis eased at river terminals, grain dealers said.
* Soybean basis firmed at processors in Decatur, Indiana and Morristown, Indiana, while easing at a Cincinnati, Ohio elevator, as well as river terminals in Seneca, Illinois and Davenport, Iowa.
* Corn bids were mixed-to-firmer at ethanol plants - strengthening in Union City, Indiana and Council Bluffs, Iowa, while easing in Annawan, Illinois.
* Corn basis also firmed at a Cincinnati, Ohio elevator.
* Grain buyers at rail loading stations continue to be delayed by backups in the U.S. rail system, one Kansas City grain dealer noted.
* Dealers continued to roll their soybean bids to the Chicago Board of Trade August futures contract SQ2 from the July contract SN2.
