Germany's Biofrontera Q1 Loss Narrows Amid Lower Revenue
11:56 AM EDT, 05/11/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Biofrontera (BFRA) said Tuesday it narrowed its Q1 net loss to 4.88 million euros ($5.94 million) from 5.5 million euros a year earlier as revenue fell 15% to 5.48 million euros over the same period.
Two analysts in a Capital IQ poll expected a net loss of 5.4 million euros on revenue of 5.6 million euros.
For fiscal year 2021, the German drugmaker reaffirmed its guidance for revenue of 25 million euros to 32 million euros and for an earning before interest, tax, depreciation and amoritzation loss of 11 million euros to 14 million euros.
The stock was up 3.9% while the broader markets fell.
