March US Consumer Credit Use Surges for Second Straight Month

03:08 PM EDT, 05/07/2021 (MT Newswires) -- US consumer credit use rose by $25.8 billion in March, compared with the $20 billion increase expected in a survey compiled by Bloomberg and following a downwardly revised $26.2 billion increase in the previous month.

Revolving credit use rose by $6.4 billion in March after rising by $8 billion in February, while nonrevolving credit rose by $19.5 billion after an $18 billion increase in the previous month.
