DJ Bolt Biotherapeutics Upsized IPO Priced Above Increased Expectations >BOLT

Bolt Biotherapeutics Inc. said its upsized initial public offering of 11.5 million shares was priced at $20 apiece, above already increased expectations.

The Redwood City, Calif., clinical-stage immuno-oncology company previously raised the size and price range of the offering to 10.5 million shares at $18 to $19 each from earlier plans to sell about 8.83 million shares at between $16 and $18.

Bolt said it granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.73 million shares.

Bolt shares are slated to begin trading Friday under the symbol BOLT.
