Xiaohongshu attaches great importance to the protection of minors online, and regards protecting the healthy growth of minors as an important responsibility of the platform. In order to implement the “Clean Internet Protection for Minors” special action requirements, the platform continues to strengthen the control of harmful content and illegal acts involving minors. Since the launch of the special operation, as of August 4, the platform has comprehensively investigated dozens of categories involving minors at high risk, and has disposed of more than 84,000 illegal notes, more than 105,000 illegal comments, and 3,571 illegal accounts. At this stage, the platform focuses on taking the following strict control measures against juvenile risk scenarios: strengthening active inspection and interception: the platform upgrades the risk identification model and implements pre-interception and severe crackdown on acts such as deliberate use of secret language and variant images in the circle to maliciously evade review.
