Convatec Group Kicks Off Up to $200 Million Share Repurchase Program

02:58 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ConvaTec Group (CTEC.L) launched a non-discretionary share buyback program worth up to $200 million on Tuesday, according to a same-day release. The medical products and technologies company tapped Morgan Stanley & Co. International to repurchase up to 195,485,202 shares until Dec. 31. The company added that the bought-back shares will be held in treasury for use or cancellation. The buyback aims to decrease capital or fulfill its employee stock option obligations.
