The Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a proposal on formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of Guangdong Province. Among them, it is mentioned that with high frequency, low cost, high reliability, and multi-scene low-altitude flight behavior, we will deepen reforms to release more airspace resources, improve support systems such as regulations, standards, airworthiness certification, etc., and cultivate a new form of low-altitude economy. Key promotion: building low-altitude flight infrastructure and intelligent networking systems covering the entire province; developing the low-altitude aircraft manufacturing industry; and normalizing low-altitude flight, focusing on urban logistics and crossing the Pearl River estuary.
