The fund was funded by the Hubei Provincial Government and established by Hubei Water Resources Development Group Co., Ltd. as the main sponsor. It follows the core principles of “government guidance, market operation, professional management, and strict risk control”, and focuses on key areas such as water conservancy infrastructure construction, water-related asset acquisition, aquatic ecological water environment management, water conservancy technology R&D and application, and upstream and downstream market-based management of the water-related industry chain.
