On December 6, the Pinglu Canal Animal Crossing Bridge was fully completed and moved to the ecological construction stage of the bridge deck. As a key node project in the watershed section of the Pinglu Canal, the bridge has a total length of 240 meters and a bridge deck width of 20 meters. The main bridge crosses the canal channel with a 130.2 meter superbearing reinforced concrete box-shaped arch bridge. Its core function is to establish safe migration channels for native species such as spotted lynxes, ocelots, and red-bellied squirrels without being blocked by canals.
