Macau's overall residential property price index from August to October was 191.8, up 0.1% month-on-month

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to data from the Macau Statistics and Census Bureau, the overall residential property price index from August to October 2025 was 191.8, a slight increase of 0.1% from the previous period (July to September 2025). Among them, the residential property index (236.0) rose 0.3%, while the spot index (204.4) fell 0.2%.

In the spot index, the Macau Peninsula (195.1) rose 0.7% on schedule, while Cotai (242.3) saw a 3.3% decline. According to the age of buildings, residential property price indices for 11 to 20 years and over 20 years decreased by 2.9% and 0.1%, respectively.

According to the unit saleable area statistics, the residential property price index for 50 square meters or less increased by 1.8% compared to the previous period, while 50 to 74.9 square meters decreased by 1.8%.

Compared with the same period last year, the overall residential property price index fell by 8.7% year-on-year, while the Macau Peninsula (190.4) and Cotai (197.6) indices declined by 7.0% and 14.5%, respectively.
