Zhangzidao announced that it intends to transfer 100% of the shares of the wholly-owned subsidiary Dalian Zhangzidao Shipbuilding Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to Dalian Haifa Cultural Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd. through a non-disclosure agreement. The transaction price will be determined based on the assessed value. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Zhangzidao Shipping Company. The transaction was reviewed and approved by the 3rd meeting of the Strategy Committee of the 9th Board of Directors of the Company, the 6th meeting of the Special Meeting of Independent Directors in 2025, and the 4th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors.
