Zhitong Finance App News, Shunkong Development (003039.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign an equity transfer agreement with Guangdong Shunkong Technology Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (“Science, Industry and Trade”) to acquire 100% of the shares of Guangdong Shunkong Clean Investment Co., Ltd. (“Clean Investment” or “Target Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ke Industry & Trade, at a price of 181 million yuan.

Through the acquisition of shares in the target company, Shunkong Development can create an integrated “transport+incineration” industrial model. In the future, garbage transfer stations in Shunde can be further integrated to establish a complete integrated domestic waste industry model, which will greatly improve the operational efficiency of domestic waste transfer and disposal and enhance the company's competitive advantage within the region. At the same time, the target enterprise is an enterprise that is indirectly controlled by Shunkong Group, the controlling shareholder of Shunkong Development. The garbage disposal business is involved in potential peer competition with Shunkong Development. Through this acquisition, potential peer competition between controlling shareholders and listed companies can be eliminated, and the legitimate interests of listed companies and shareholders will not be harmed. Furthermore, by relying on the development of existing solid waste operation experience and professional teams, management collaboration and optimization can be achieved, and overall operating costs can be reduced.

Furthermore, the acquisition is in line with Shunde District's concept of building a “big municipal administration” full chain management system, which helps to play the role of collaborative infrastructure disposal and enhance the systemic and overall efficiency of urban environmental management. By acquiring and integrating garbage transfer stations and mastering domestic waste production, transportation, and disposal information networks, it can provide data support and platforms for future exploration of garbage sorting, recycling, big data analysis, etc., and is expected to cultivate new performance growth points.
