Huijie Co., Ltd. (002763.SZ): Understance brand terminated operations

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huijie Co., Ltd. (002763.SZ) issued an announcement. Given the frequent changes in the tariff policies of China, the US, the US and Canada over the past year, the uncertain factors of the future tariff policies of China, the US, and Canada cannot be ruled out, the company decided to stop operating the understance brand and gradually clean up inventory. As of November 30, 2025, the inventory book value of the Understance brand is about 10.49 million Canadian dollars (unaudited). It is estimated that in the fourth quarter of 2025, an additional inventory price reduction reserve of about RMB 18.1 million should be added.

Recently, the Canadian subsidiary EASY INTIMATES LTD reached a cancellation agreement with the lessor regarding the North American warehouse lease refund. The North American warehouse was cancelled early on September 30, 2026, and the rent-back fee of about 3 million Canadian dollars will be paid to the lessor. It is estimated that the rent-back fees and deposit losses due to the North American warehouse cancellation will cause the company a one-time loss of about RMB 15.92 million in 2025.
