Yum Smart (301083.SZ) plans to acquire a 51% stake in Zhongke Fukaya, a company dedicated to developing and industrializing the underlying technology of intelligent robots

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Baisheng Intelligence (301083.SZ) announced that the company (“Party A”) plans to acquire 51% of the shares of Hefei Zhongke Fukaya Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongke Fukaya” or the “target company”) in cash. After the transaction is completed, Zhongke Fukaya will become the company's holding subsidiary. The purchase price is tentatively set at RMB 100 million.

According to the announcement, Zhongke Fukaya has long been committed to the development and industrial application of the underlying technology for intelligent robots, and is a “specialized, special and new” small giant enterprise of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the field of artificial intelligence. The founders and core members are from well-known universities such as the University of Science and Technology of China and Georgia Tech in the US. The team has mastered full-stack technologies such as driving, control, navigation, vision, intelligent algorithms, and reinforcement learning. In particular, the “big brain” technology and products of intelligent robots are at the advanced level in China. Relying on the “big brain system”, various intelligent robot products such as single-arm, multi-arm, composite work, and humanoid robots have been developed. The products and technical services are in the fields of scientific research, military industry, advanced manufacturing, medical care, etc., and the industrial chain layout covers the core components, complete machines, and customized scenario applications of intelligent robots. The company's “hardware+ platform+ service” strategy in the field of smart parking, charging and Internet of Things is highly compatible with Zhongke Fukoku's talent reserves, underlying R&D capabilities, and scenario implementation capabilities, forming a deep collaboration of “complementary capabilities - value co-creation”.
