From September 24 to December 4, 2025, Kehui Investment reduced its holdings of 1,046,700 shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, and reduced the total amount of holdings by 19.3552 million yuan. After the holdings were reduced, Kehui Investment's shareholding fell to 27,276,615 shares, accounting for 26.06%.
