Kuwait Appeals Court Rules in Favor of Makhazen in Leasing Contract Case

12:40 PM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- A court in Kuwait ruled in favor of Agility Public Warehousing (DFM:MKHZN), or Makhazen, in its case against the Public Authority for Industry for a leasing contract. The Court of Appeal rejected the case, in which the Public Authority for Industry asked Makhazen to pay 31.6 million Kuwaiti dinars for the lease of a plot of land in the Mina Abdullah area in Kuwait, among other dues and fees. Public Authority for Industry was ordered to pay 100 dinars for attorney fees.
