Zhou Lunjun, deputy chairman of the Second Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court, said at the press conference that courts across the country focus on earnestly carrying out special actions to regulate the law enforcement of enterprises involved, enhance confidence and stabilize expectations through equal protection according to law and strict and fair administration of justice, and stimulate the development vitality of private enterprises through good faith and civilized administration of justice. From January to the beginning of September of this year, courts at all levels carefully applied enforcement measures in accordance with the law and adopted “live seal” measures against 120,600 enterprises, involving 148,800 cases, with a target amount of 36.4 billion yuan to minimize the impact of enforcement measures on the normal production and operation activities of enterprises.
