06:24 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's on Thursday upgraded Nokia's (NOKIA.HE, NOKIA.PA) outlook to positive from stable and affirmed its Ba1 long-term corporate family rating. The rating agency attributed the improved outlook to its expectations that the telecoms equipment company's profitability will improve between 2026 and 2028, thanks to margin expansion in the network infrastructure segment. The positive outlook also reflects the company's strong balance sheet and resilient cash flow generation. Nokia's ongoing cost control measures are also expected to boost profitability in the coming years, Moody's noted.
