Britain's DiscoverIE Group to Purchase Slovenia's Trival Antene

05:13 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DiscoverIE Group (DSCV.L) agreed to acquire Trival Antene, a Slovenia-based manufacturer of defense and professional communications antennas and masts. The British electronic components maker will initially pay 45.5 million euros on a debt- and cash-free basis, with deferred payments of up to 1.7 million euros on 12 months from completion and 5.5 million euros based on certain milestones. Trival will be integrated under discoverIE's connectivity operating unit within its sensing and connectivity division. Deal closing is expected by the end of the financial year, subject to regulatory approvals.
