Spectris CEO to Depart Amid KKR's Takeover

04:03 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spectris (SXS.L) said Thursday that Chief Executive Officer Andrew Heath will step down, following its acquisition by KKR-backed Project Aurora Bidco. Heath will leave the position on Dec. 31 and join the board of Project Aurora Topco, the principal decision-making board for the British scientific instruments maker. Heath will be succeeded by Topco Chairman Andrew Williams, who will serve as interim CEO of Spectris on Jan. 1, 2026, until a permanent successor is appointed. The company has already begun a search process for the new CEO.
