SSP Group Swings to FY25 Attributable Loss; Revenue Up

02:27 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SSP Group (SSPG.L) said Thursday that it swung to an attributable loss for fiscal 2025, while revenue rose year over year. Loss attributable to equity holders of the parent for the 12 months ended Sept. 30 was 74.4 million pounds sterling, compared with a profit of 27.4 million pounds earlier. Loss per share moved to 0.093 pound from an EPS of 0.034 pound. The travel food and beverage company's revenue was 3.64 billion pounds, compared with 3.43 billion pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board proposed a final dividend of 0.028 pound per share for the period, payable on Feb. 27, 2026, to shareholders on record Jan. 30, 2026. It paid 0.023 pound per share a year ago. The full-year dividend is 0.042 pound per share, up from 0.035 pound per share on an annual basis. For fiscal 2026, the group affirmed its expectations for its EPS to reach the upper end of its guidance of between 0.129 pound and 0.139 pound.
