Theon Extends Image Intensifier Tube Supply Deal with Exosens Through 2030

11:58 PM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Theon International (THEON.AS) secured a three-year extension to its long-term commercial supply agreement for image intensifier tubes with Exosens (EXENS.PA), until 2030. The defense-focused night vision and thermal imaging systems company plans to convert its 2027 and 2028 options into firm orders before year-end, aligning with Exosens' capacity expansion scheduled to begin in 2027. Theon, which owns a 9.8% stake in Exosens, expects to procure more than 400,000 tubes over the next five years under the renewed supply framework.
