Morgan Chase reduced its holdings of Ningde Times (03750) by 1,0542.28 million shares, at a price of HK$469.5233 per share, for a total amount of about HK$495 million. The latest number of shares held after the reduction was approximately 11.5595 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 7.41%.
