Yuantong International Express (06123) plans to buy two plots of land in Kazakhstan for 6.1315 million US dollars

Zhitong Finance App News, Yuantong International Express (06123) issued an announcement to further promote the international development strategy, keep up with cross-border e-commerce, Chinese enterprises and the “Belt and Road” development trend, actively lay out overseas markets, build a “1+7” global hub facility and operation network, enhance control over core logistics infrastructure and resources in key regions and countries, and build a safe, smooth, convenient, efficient, sustainable, autonomous and controllable logistics supply chain system, optimize the cross-border logistics product matrix, and extend the cross-border logistics service chain. Shipment of goods, main line transportation One-stop services such as customs clearance and forwarding, and terminal delivery further enhance global comprehensive service capabilities. On September 3, 2025, the buyer (Skyhub Limited Liability Partnership, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the seller (YTO KZ Limited Liability Partnership) entered into such preliminary sales agreements. According to this, the buyer conditionally agreed to purchase and the seller conditionally agreed to sell such land, at a total cost of US$6.1315 million.

Such land refers to two plots of land located on the south side of the Khorgos-Almaty highway in Baiserke village, Almaty region, Kazakhstan.

The Group plans to use such land for the construction of bonded and non-bonded warehouses, bonded and non-bonded warehouses, joint venture logistics warehouses and living facilities. The directors believe that the acquisition will allow the Group to use the location and resource advantages of such land to build logistics hub nodes in key regions, countries, key markets, etc., increase investment in the construction of core logistics infrastructure, and have a synergy effect with the Group in terms of warehousing, delivery, and logistics capabilities, thereby optimizing the cross-border logistics product matrix, extending cross-border logistics service links, focusing on developing international express, international freight and supply chain businesses, further enhancing global integrated service capabilities, and steadily building a “China United World, World Connected World” global logistics network.
