Qianjiang Robotics, a subsidiary of Aishida (002403.SZ), signed an equipment procurement framework cooperation agreement with Honglu Steel

(“Qianjiang Robot”), a holding subsidiary of the company, signed an “Equipment Procurement Framework Cooperation Agreement” with Honglu Steel (including its subsidiary) as the supplier to form a strategic partnership and carry out equipment procurement cooperation.

According to the agreement, Honglu Steel will designate Qianjiang Robot as a manufacturing base for robots and other equipment with which it has been cooperating for a long time, and will give Qianjiang Robot priority procurement concessions under the same conditions. Qianjiang robots ensure that the requester's order requirements are completed according to quality, quantity, and schedule, and provides the purchaser with preferential price and priority guarantee of delivery of equipment and equipment.
