Culture Communication (00343) completed the placement of a total of 200 million share warrants

Zhitong Finance App News, Culture Communication (00343) issued an announcement. All prerequisites for the placement of the warrants have been met, and the placement of the warrants has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warrants placement agreement on September 2, 2025. According to the warrants placement agreement, the placement agent has placed a total of 200 million warrants to no less than 6 undertakers at a price of HK$0.031 per warrant.

The net proceeds from the issuance of the warrants amount to approximately HK$5.45 million and are intended to be used as the Group's general working capital, including payment of salaries, rent expenses, IT services and other Group office expenses.
