The Zhitong Finance App learned that Fuyang (00352) rebounded nearly 70%, with an intraday high of HK$0.53, which is still 75% lower than last week's high of HK$2.2. As of press release, it rose 54.1% to HK$0.47, with a turnover of HK$14.784 million.

According to the news, Fuyang issued an announcement. After considering the written and oral statements submitted by the company and the Listing Division, the Listing Committee believes that Fuyang has failed to maintain the sufficient level of operation and asset size required by the listing rules to ensure the continued listing of shares, and therefore upholds the Listing Division's decision to suspend trading of the company's shares. According to reports, the company has only operated a real estate agency business since its listing. In the past few years, the scale of the business was extremely small. The Listing Committee expressed concern about the viability and sustainability of this business.

According to the announcement, the company can submit the Listing Committee's decision to the Listing Review Committee for review before September 8. Without an application for review, trading of shares will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. on September 9. Until then, share trading will continue. According to reports, on June 13 of this year, Fuyang received a notice from the Stock Exchange stating that the company failed to maintain an adequate level of operation as stipulated in the listing rules. On June 24, Fuyang announced that the decision would be submitted to the Listing Committee for review. As a result, the company's shares will continue to be traded.
