Among them, it is mentioned that member countries will take the following actions based on the principles of voluntary participation and mutually beneficial cooperation: strengthen communication on current science and technology innovation policies, use the SCO member countries' science and technology ministers meeting mechanism to promote strategic communication and practical collaboration in the field of science and technology; promote scientific research projects in the field of artificial intelligence, jointly build joint laboratories and hold academic conferences, and launch a number of artificial intelligence application demonstration projects in the fields of agriculture, energy, education, medical care, etc.; and deepen the integration of science and technology resources among all countries on a voluntary basis, and carry out exchanges of science and technology innovation policies and practical experiences among countries.
