According to the announcement, during the flight ban period, any violator will be held criminally liable in accordance with the Aviation Law. The maximum penalty is 1 year in prison, or a fine of not more than 40,000 baht, or both. If the military determines that a drone poses a threat to national security, it has the right to shoot it down immediately.
