SF Holdings (002352.SZ): completed the placement of 70 million new H shares to raise approximately HK$2,933 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, SF Holdings (002352.SZ) issued an announcement. On July 4, 2025, the company successfully allotted and issued a total of 70 million new H shares to no less than six undertakers at a placement price of HK$42.15 per H share, accounting for about 29.2% of the total number of H shares already issued after allocating and issuing the allotted shares. After all reasonable enquiries have been made, the undertaker and its ultimate beneficial owner are independent third parties as to the director's knowledge, knowledge and belief. The net proceeds from the placement (after deducting commissions and anticipated expenses) were approximately HK$2,933 million.
