According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhengrong Real Estate (06158) announced that in June 2025, the cumulative contract sales amount of the group, together with joint ventures and joint ventures, was about RMB 402 million. The contract sales floor area was about 23,384 square meters, and the average contract price was about RMB 17,200 per square meter.

From January to June, the Group, together with its joint ventures and joint ventures, had a cumulative contract sales amount of approximately RMB 2,365 million, with a contract sales area of approximately RMB 142.62 million square meters and an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 16,600 per square meter.
