BOSS Direct Recruitment-W (02076): 12.46 times subscribed for international sale

According to the Zhitong Finance App, BOSS Direct Recruitment-W (02076) announced the allotment results. The company sold 34.5 million H shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 30% and the international offering accounting for 70%. The sale price per share was HK$66, with a net raise of approximately HK$2.2 billion from the global offering. Each lot is 100 shares. It is expected that trading of the shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will begin at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on July 4, 2025.

Among them, the Hong Kong public sale received 12.04 times the subscription, and the international sale received 12.46 times the subscription.
