Aidi Palace (00286): Shan Guoxin resigns as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Aidi Palace (00286) announced that Mr. Shan Guoxin has proposed to resign as an independent non-executive director, member of the Company Remuneration Committee, the Company Nomination Committee and the Company Audit Committee due to the need to focus more on and invest more energy in his other businesses. It will take effect from July 2, 2025.

Chairman of the Board and Executive Director Mr. Huang Wenhua is no longer the Chairman of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Wang Bin, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Zhu Peiqi, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and Ms. Meng Lijia, an executive director, was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, all effective July 2, 2025.
