Volcanic Yidong International Holdings (01715): Zhang Yuanjie has been appointed as a non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Volcano Yidong International Holdings (01715) announced that (i) Dr. Zheng Jingwen (Dr. Zheng) has resigned as a non-executive director due to his intention to focus on other business commitments; and (ii) Mr. Wang Shifang (Mr. Wang) has resigned as an independent non-executive director and members of the Board Review Committee (Audit Committee), Nomination Committee (Nomination Committee) and Remuneration Committee (Remuneration Committee) due to his intention to focus on other business commitments, effective July 2, 2025.

Ms. Zhang Yuanjie (Ms. Zhang) has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company with effect from July 2, 2025. Ms. Zhang Yuanjie (Ms. Zhang) has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company with effect from July 2, 2025.

Following the resignation of Mr. Wang, the composition of the Board of Directors Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee has changed as follows, with effect from July 2, 2025: Mr. Zhao Jie (Mr. Zhao), the company's executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Lin Dongming (Mr. Lin), an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.

Ms. Ho Mei Wah (Ms. Ho) will no longer be the company's financial director, effective July 2, 2025.

Ms. Meng Xiangli (Ms. Meng) was appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective July 2, 2025.
