The Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued a notice to publicly solicit opinions on the “Guangzhou Commercial Personal Housing Loan to Housing Provident Fund Personal Housing Loan Implementation Measures”. According to the draft for solicitation of comments, commercial to public loans are initiated when the personal housing loan ratio of the Housing Provident Fund falls below 75%; prevention and control measures can be taken when the individual loan ratio reaches 85% or more, including but not limited to implementing measures such as commercial to public loan amount control and reservation applications; and suspended when the individual loan rate reaches 90% or more. The draft for solicitation of comments also mentioned that when the applicant transferred to a public loan, the original commercial loan had been loaned for more than 5 years and had obtained the consent of the original commercial loan bank to convert it to a pure provident fund loan.
