The appointment takes effect immediately. Meanwhile, Mr. He Junjie will step down as acting chief financial officer of Baidu Group and be transferred to the position of senior vice president, responsible for the company's human resources and administration. Additionally, Ms. Cui Shanshan will serve as the Secretary General of Baidu Cultural Committee.
