Currently, the second-hand housing market in most cities continues the “price for volume” trend. The average price of newly built homes in Baicheng was 16,847 yuan/square meter. Driven by the entry of quality improvement projects in some cities, the structural increase was 0.19% month-on-month and 2.59% year-on-year. In terms of rental housing, demand in the housing rental market in key cities increased due to the college graduation season. In June, the average residential rent decline in 50 cities narrowed to 0.27% month-on-month, down 3.71% year on year.
