Wanma Holdings (06928): Lu Xiner was appointed as the company's senior vice president

Since June 30, 2025, due to other work arrangements, Mr. Zheng Weixi has resigned as independent non-executive director, chief independent non-executive director, chairman of the board review committee, board remuneration committee and board nomination committee; due to other work arrangements, Mr. Lin Zhiyi has resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; due to other work arrangements, Ms. Li Jiayao has resigned as an independent non-executive director and as an independent non-executive director and the chairman of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nominate the respective members of the committee.

Since June 30, 2025, Mr. Lu Yongde has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Yuan Qinghua has been appointed as Executive Director; Mr. Liu Wuhui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chief independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Ma Zhangkai has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; and Ms. Zhu Xiaoxin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.

Following the resignation of Mr. Zheng Weixi as the Chief Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr. Liu Wuhui, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as the Chief Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from June 30, 2025. The Chief Independent Non-Executive Director is not an executive position in the Company and does not have any management position within the Group.

Ms. Lu Xiner was appointed as the company's senior vice president with effect from June 30, 2025.
