China Finance International (00721) appoints Lu Lin and Liu Xiaohong as independent non-executive directors

Zhitong Finance App News, China Finance International (00721) announced that Mr. Lu Lin and Mr. Liu Xiaohong have each been appointed as independent non-executive directors, and that Mr. Lei Zhiwei has resigned as independent non-executive directors with effect from June 30, 2025.

Since the same day, Mr. Liu Xiaodong has been reassigned as a non-executive director and has been appointed as chairman; Mr. Du Lindong will no longer be the chairman, but will remain an executive director.

In addition, Mr. Lei Zhiwei is no longer the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Risk Management Committee; Mr. Liu Xiaodong is no longer a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee; Mr. Lu Lin was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee; and Mr. Liu Xiaohong was appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Risk Management Committee.
