The Zhitong Finance App learned that Beisen Holdings (09669) rose more than 10%. As of press release, it had risen 9.5% to HK$8.18, with a turnover of HK$13.92 million.

According to the news, Beisen Holdings will hold a board meeting on June 19 (next Thursday) to approve the annual results. The company previously issued a performance forecast. The revenue for the 2025 fiscal year is expected to be between about 923.1 million yuan to 965.9 million yuan, an increase of about 8% to 13% over the previous year; the subscription revenue retention rate is expected to be about 105% to 107%; the loss attributable to company owners during the period is about 130.5 million yuan to about 195.7 million yuan, which is significantly narrower than the 2024 fiscal year loss of about 3.209 million yuan.

Notably, on May 21, Kitasen Holdings announced the completion of the strategic integration of Cool Academy and officially launched AI Learning, a next-generation learning platform based on the big AI model. According to Everbright Securities, Cool Academy already has 4,000 paying customers. In addition to Beisen's 5,000 paying customers in the entire HR enterprise service software market, the two parties will further establish its market position after the merger. Kitasen can use Cool Academy's customer acquisition advantage in the DingTalk App Store to promote its integrated products to Cool Academy customers, achieve cross-selling, increase customer unit prices, and expand market share.
