The Zhitong Finance App learned that Zhixing Group Holdings (01539) rose more than 9% in the intraday period. As of press release, it had risen 9.59% to HK$0.4, with a turnover of HK$774,000.

According to news, recently, at the “2025 Carbon Credit and ESG Ecosystem Conference” hosted by the University of Putra Malaysia (UPM), Synergy ESCO, a Malaysian subsidiary of the Hong Kong stock listed company Zhixing Group, unveiled the world's first ESG lamp to obtain carbon credit certification. As a lamp that has obtained carbon credit certification, the biggest advantage of this energy-saving lamp is that it will accumulate carbon emission rights during use, and Synergy can obtain corresponding carbon emission rights rights and obtain corresponding compensation through trading in the carbon market. This means that this lamp is extremely energy efficient and has an extremely long life, and is also a valuable financial instrument in the carbon market.

Zhixing Group plans to cooperate with the Malaysian Selangor State Government on the Light+Green One Day project. The project plans to convert 6,000 apartments to use ultra-high energy efficiency ESG lamps. The carbon reduction that can be achieved is equivalent to 25 million tons of carbon dioxide, which is equivalent to the carbon dioxide absorption of 630 million trees. In the next 10 years, Zhixing Group can continue to obtain benefits related to carbon emission rights through this project, and currently global carbon emissions trading prices continue to rise.

Currently, the business of Zhixing Group has covered Malaysia, mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, the Middle East, South Africa, etc. Zhixing Group is also promoting the company's secondary listing in Malaysia, and is expected to become the first Hong Kong listed company to be listed twice in Malaysia.
